I recommend to keep on saving money and buy a new Rig that supports pci e,so you can upgrade it from time to time.but dont buy AGP you will regret it
a 7600 gs or 7800 GS or a 6800 gs should run oblivion if you still insist on buying AGP card.Check out the prices at
