The printout shows you have a Radeon 7000 Series graphic card installed,and HP show that the board has Intel onboard graphics, these are automatically disabled when a graphic card is installed. The driver for your card is here http://ati.de/support/drivers/xp/radeon-prer300-xp.html

you should have an installation disc for this card, have you tried to update the graphics at all. I'm not sure on the TV card, does it have it's own installation disc.Have you tried Device Manager to update the driver that way. If you do decide to install this driver do read the installation notes before you go ahead.

Set a System Restore Point before installing just in case
