The actual board is not listed, but the P4R800-V is the board most likley used. Asus have drivers for your model, the graphics are in the ATI All In One chipset drivers. See here

the chipset is listed under Utilities, it's in 3 parts and instructions for installing are shown.
One point the manual says a support disc is supplied with this comp, do you have one, the chipset driver is on the disc.
Download the manual, it gives instructions on how to set the disply for different monitors,( page 50 ) this could be the reason for your problem and quite simple to correct.
If you decide to install this driver
Set a System Restore Point just in case
