My audio seems to stutter or rather make this firegun noise every few seconds. Sometimes it happens more frequently than others. Also, the mouse seems to "stutter" with it, and even when no music is playing the mouse will still stutter sometimes.I've checked the task manager and there's no program that indicates it's causing this.
Also this happens even before Windows XP fully enters into the desktop so I think it might be an actual problem with the sound card.
Is that possible and how do I fix this?
