I did all the things that you asked me to do except the Win disk but that is because I did not get a copy from the creator of my system/software
. I did download and install the chipset utility and the audio driver that you specified
but nothing...still can't hear any sounds
. I hope there is someone out there can help me. By the way...THANKS A BUNCH BARBARA FOR YOUR HELP...can you think of anything else I can do
