you can go to your control panel/ system / device manager and see if the graphics driver is listed. It may provide you with sufficient information.
Last resort
Turn off your computer disconnect the power completey, ensure you are wearing rubber soled sneakers or shoes and standing on a non-static surface and remove your graphics card to view the manufacturors stamp.
