i own a compaq presario V3000 notebook , and i have a problem . when i open my device manager( sound and audio device ) at control panel , at the volume tag show no audio device and when i click the icon at the right bottom its said no active media mixer device.... and when i play mp3 on my computer a message shows
Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly. but i am not using another progamme... i though my sound card spolit but when i start up and shut down my computer there is music ... and i check the hardware at the device manager and all is working properly and i search for new hardware to install not a single exist .....please help me !!!
