Also I have problems with my diskette drive. When I put in a diskette windows says that I must insert the diskette. I replaced the diskette drive and tried with other diskettes. But problem remains the same.

Is maybe problem in my BIOS? I don't know how to flash/upgrade BIOS

There are 2 audio adapters showing, how many sets or audio plugs do you have.
Intergrated Soud - audio plugs at top of tower near keyboard, mouse , USB sockets on the I/O plate

Sound Card - lower down tower in an exspansion ( PCI ) slot.

First look at this
Go to Control Panel / Sound & Audio Devices / Properties / Sound Playback – click on down arrow and check that the correct audio is selected. Typically the problem will be something “modem line 0 playback” has been substituted for the correct audio device.

Hope this helps
