I have sent an earlier request for help but may not have done it right. I have updated my windows and have no sound. Occasionally the computer will beep, but nothing else. The multimedia controller has a yellow question mark and a yellow exclamation mark beside it. I cannnot reinstall the driver for this. I know the computer is a dell optiplex gx260 but I'm not sure where to find or how to find the other info that is needed to further my help. Anyone that can help I would appreciate it.
