Hi Keats,

When you tried to install the wireless mouse - When did you try and install it? You could try and uninstall the software if it's partially installed from Add / Remove programs

If nothing in there, try a system restore to when it last worked normally.

Failing that, boot in to safe mode by pressing eitiher F5 or F8 durin boot up (Depending on your PC and OS)
IF your mouse works OK in here, then it's clearly a driver / Windows problem.

Main thing is try a system restore - Fail ? Remove the SW for the Bluetooth mouse - Still nothing ? You could either stick with pressing enter all your life or reboot your system (wipe it clean)
