Multimedia audio should have gone, Ethernet is your DSL. Use Device Manager to install, right click My Computer > Properties > Hardware Tab > Devive Manager > right click problem device > click Update Driver - say no to connecting to Internet > Next > select Install software automatically > load Recovery CD > Next
The Hardware Wizard will find the driver on the CD and install
or download from Dell > Network > Intel PRO/100
