I have just acquired a second-hand computer, (someone got rid of it, and all it needed was a new hard drive

) and cant seem to get the sound working. Cannot access volume control because it says that no appropriate devices were detected. I am using speakers that i know work cos i used them on my old comp. In toher devices in device manager it shows a multimedia audio controller with the yellow exclamation mark. As far as i can tell, what i need is a driver for my sound - only problem is because its second hand, i dont know much about its components and so dont have a clue what driver i need. Heres my Belarc results:
