Thanks so much for your efforts in helping me restore sound. I did exactly as instructed in your response. Unfortunately, still no sound and AC/97, MIDI, and P&P Enumerator yellow exclamations. I can't install my windows xp CD as suggested to update, because I recently moved and have lost my software/driver cd's. I desperately need help, there has to be a solution, please please help me!
