Install the chipset driver this tells Win XP which INF files it needs to install

these are exe. files
download ( make a note of file name ) save to desktop, double click to install - then
RESTART your comp
then go to audio file you downloaded and double click to install
SET A SYSTEM RESTORE BEFORE INSTALLING JUST IN CASE
