The best bang for your buck would have to be the
ATI All In Wonder AGP- There are a ton of features loaded up on this graphics card! It's based on the ATI Radeon 9500/9600 graphics chip (note there are also cheaper packages based on the 7600/7500 chipsets). It has all the functions you would want in a PVR (personal video recorder). The included software is easy to use and understand!
IMO- The ATI All In Wonder is one of the best DVD/Tv Tuner/Video Capture combo cards available...
On a side note- I am still using an older- ATI All-In-Wonder (actually ancient!) 8mb PCI card, that I have had for at least the last 7years!!! It still works great! It has all of the Video Capture, DVD and TV features of it's newer siblings and still functions flawlessy!!!
