Bought mine midst of February. It left right now for its 3rd trip to Acer-Germany repair. Got the mainboard changed already twice. Still faulty.
Its definitely a thermal problem and since it occurs to so many customers Acer should know about it for quite some time now.
What kind of policy is this? Storm their support. Cheers!
