Don't do that

Go back into Device Manager -
Right click on your DVDROM drive.
Click on Properties.
Just above where it says "OK and Cancel" it should give an error.
It will give a sentance, and then followed by "error code xx"
xx = Error number.
Once you have the error number, reply and maybe I, or somebody else can help on this matter.
