an onother thing.... i cant system restore ...i restored 2 tiem before...but this time the computer goes trought the prosses but when the comp turns back on ... a window comes up ...whit system restore failed ...

The VIAAUDIO System file is the installer, to open it just double click, then follow instructions
Set a System Restore Point before installing just in case
