[Fat and Slow]

Hybrid- I am having same exact issues and it sucks! Here is what I did to correct for the time being because Microsoft doesnt have any answers or fixes:

Startbar, Control Panel, Administrative tools, sevices.

Right click the Wireless Config service< Click properties, rocovery tab, then change the First Failure/Second Failure/and Subsequent Failures to "restart the service".

Do this on the Windows Audio as well because those are the two that I had issues with.
I think its a jimmy rig fix but it works!
