Hi, thanks for your help!
i downloaded the first suggested driver, but couldn't download the audio driver. When I went to the page, it said I would be given 4 options for the download & to select 'open' and go from there...once I clicked on the install button, there weren't 4 options, only one, to 'save", which I did, then I got this error message - The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed.

What am I doing wrong? Any other suggestions for a way to secure this needed audio driver?
