Go here to Via and install the Via 4 in 1 chipset driver, instructions are shown on how to install. Then install the audio driver again

SET A SYSTEM RESTORE POINT BEFORE INSTALLING JUST IN CASE
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions
