If you have done what Monty suggests after posting this log then post a new one. Things may have changed.

If you haven't done or changed anything then do this.

Expose all Hidden Files & Folders as you did before.

*******************

Open task Manager by hitting Ctrl + Alt + Del together.

Locate this Running Process ....

mgrs.exe

IF it's still running click on it ONCE ...

Click on "End Process" at the foot of Task Manager's window.

*******************

Reboot to safe mode.

*******************

Open HJT ... click on 'Do a System Scan Only'... put tick/check marks next to these entries IF still present ...

O2 - BHO: MSVPS System - {4118A625-1B64-4ED1-A2E9-76DEC529D2D2} - C:\WINDOWS\qnxplugin.dll

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {65D886A2-7CA7-479B-BB95-14D1EFB7946A} - (no file)

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

O21 - SSODL: msqnx - {6C5624B0-292D-4DD0-8D5F-68ACFAEE4E4E} - C:\WINDOWS\msqnx.dll

Remember to close ALL open browser windows – including this one – before clicking on “Fix Checked” at the foot of the HijackThis window.

*******************

Go to these files in BOLD and delete them …..

C:\WINDOWS\mgrs.exe

C:\WINDOWS\qnxplugin.dll

C:\WINDOWS\msddx.dll

C:\WINDOWS\msqnx.dll

*******************

Empty your recycle bin.

*******************

Rehide your Hidden Files & Folders.

*******************

Reboot to normal mode.
