Gateway supply the drivers for your PC as these are the only ones guaranteed to be the correct ones if the PC is still using the same components and operating system as when it was new. Go here and enter the PC's serial number:

Drivers from other sources (even from the device manufacturer's website) may not work because companies like Gateway often fit non-standard components which require non-standard drivers -- and only the PC manufacturer has these.
