Hi all!
As the title says, my Vista Home Premium installation keeps asking for permission to launch Liveupdate. It only seems to happen when I have a USB Skype telephone adapter or USB Fusion video capture device plugged in. If I yes it to death and sign away my 1st born, it goes away, but all this "requesting permission" stuff is driving me nuts!
I had to setup my account as an Admin rather than a User since at least that way I don't have to enter a password each time these requests come in.
My question is..... is there a policy change or setting that I am missing that will make these requests go away? Also, if there is a way to stop the constant "allow or deny" requests........... I'll buy the biggest round at the ST&T Xmas party

I should add that both devices seem to function as they should once the yessing to death is complete.
