Evidently the new driver is not compatible with YIM. Uinstall the webcam and re-install it using the original driver supplied with it. Never install a driver update just because it's available. First be sure you will benefit from it (eg it will fix a problem you're having), otherwise don't update it. The old adage "If it 'aint broke don't fix it" applies here.
