I've just checked the first three 02 entries and they report as

1. Transponder adware variant

2. Transponder adware variant

3. Transponder adware variant

And that's just the first three!

You also have a number of trojans on your system as well.

Perform the following, omitting Step Three: Windows Updates, for the time being. That can be performed after your system is completely clean, along with updating to Service Pack 2: -
