Asus A8N Sli Se has a 24 pin power adapter, but I can't really see the information about the Power Supply Unit on the ebay auction.

If (worst case) the Power Supply Unit from the case, has only 20 pins, it will also fit/be compatible to your mainboard, but maybe if you run the PC with multiple components like duo core cpu and high end grafic card, it will run more slowly.
