code 10 error message
Hi I also have the same issue with the same model cd/dvdr, I had to reset computer to how it was when i bought it 6 months ago that was in June, now Hp says I have to wipe it again, Why? how many times do I need to scrub and start over? I too need somw help. ( HP had me delete the lower and upper limits) what a drag!
