Hello again,
I had previously run through that installation outline when I originally downloaded the program, it did not work. So I tried it again after you instructed, still the same result. When my computer restarted, the "Found New Hardware Wizard" prompted me to install software for the Multimedia Audio Controller again, this time I went to "install from a list or specific location" and included the following location (C:\cabs\7513081\AUDIO\Drivers\WIN2K_XP) as the \WIN2K_XP folder was the only one in the directory that was allowed. The Wizard then said the hardware was not installed due to being unable to find the necessary software. I'm stumped, any clues?
