i forgot to mention ihave windows xp prof sp2, intel celeron 512 ram.only my computer connected and by ethernet (on a wireless router),mcafee security suite 7.2 firewall8.2. fault occured after downloading mcafee upgrade. mcafee suggest probably router fault. and i am in process of getting help from isp on the router. it is an intermittent fault
