Hi,

to be honest, anything can cause wireless to be causing issues.

Formatting the Pc means wiping it clean and putting it back to it's factory settings.

If it says limited or no connectivity on another wireless, then it could be a poor signal.

Try and put the router closer to your Pc, or vice versa!

Even tho your card is a week old, it could still be faulty, have it checked out at a friends or a local PC store.
