Intel 81801G USB Controller Drivers Missing

I finally decided to scrap Vista and install Windows XP Pro SP2 on my Lenovo notebook. I'm having problems with the Intel 945GM chipset drivers. The onboard video and IEEE3984 drivers work fine, but the USB support is not installing correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions?

SYMPTOMS:

In the device manager, I have the following missing drivers:

Intel 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27C8
Intel 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27C9
Intel 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27CA
Intel 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27CB
Intel 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27CC

Of course, none of my USB devices are recognized when I plug them in.
