Another One with No Sound After Windows XP Reinstall

Unfortunately however, I'm not very computer savy... at all. I read in the other posts that the first step is generally to download Belarc Advisor so this is what I've got:

My sound card did come installed in the computer, so I know its not an issue with me putting it in the wrong spot or something. I've posted on SO many forums and gotten no responses so please let me know if you can help asap! Thanks in advance,
