I have discovered my problem, but I do not know how to fix it. when my scanner puts a file in my shared folder the folder permissions are not inherited. As a result I can not access this file across the network unless I add Everyone to the security tab before trying to access the file. This is a pain. Is there some policy or other solution to fix my problem?

The network user is not accessed for any log on information so I can't even use a network user account for permissions. It is Anonymous and I don't know how to force anonymous permissions on the file. I have already set it on the shared folder.
