It should be OK in this part of the forum as it's hardware.
I'm afraid to say your charger has more than likely blown your motherboard on your laptop, so getting a new charger may be a waste of time without having a working lappy to test it on.
1 thing I always do on laptops is make sure the charging pin is inside the hole, if it's not there, then you need to get your motherboard replaced on the laptop and then send in you charger too!
