well its a monster of a heat sink and it can get hot,, but you can always put a 120 mm fan inside the case directed onto the card for extra cooling i no is has a built in fan so extra fan will help cool the massive heatsink and also it should handle any game thats direct x10 compatible and beyond i would guess. i cant see developement of directX11 apps for years to come .
