Somthong you have installed has changed the right-click (context) menu to it's particular preferred settings. As the top option is now "autoplay", it would appear that it is a program which accesses the drives as a major feature.
You can change the menu order back to it's default, by accessing the registry and editing the changed key(s).
If you aren't familiar with editing the registry, then I'd suggest proceeding with caution, as a mistake here could well mean a Windows reinstallation.
