Ok I got this from their tech help.

If an uninstaller is not selected by you at the time of installation...
To uninstall you must delete the installation folder manually. Make sure the software is not running, then delete the installation folder you chose for it.
SpyAgent Stealth Install Directory: c:/program files/sysconfig
Default non-stealth Install Directory:
c:/program files/spytech software/spytech spyagent
If you have trouble closing the program,you should reboot the computer in SAFE mode & delet the program installation folder shown above.
