You are new to this site. The frustating thing about your inquirery is that you haven't told us anythinggggg. Are you using a dell, hp. etc.? Is your system built from scratch? Let's begin---Your sound and video(graphics) are not installed on youd system-for windows.. If you have a pre made system, go to the manufacturers site and search for your model there and download drivers from that site. If its built from scratch look at the motherboard and look for a model and manufacturer. Go th their site and download the drivers from there. Install them and you should be ok. Next time give us all the clues you can to make it easier to help you Good luck
