-At first i was just using the onboard/I/O plate VGA connection to connect my monitor.
-Then, i installed those drivers when i had sound trouble.
-After that i installed my video card and its drivers. Now the monitor is plugged into the video card via PCI slot
-I switched to the regular VGA/on board connection to test the video card i still got pixelization
-Am almost positive it has to do with the erase of the harddrive, since before the installation process, the computer had no pixelization
-Should i install those drivers again?

Try a System File Check go to Run – type “sfc /scannow” (without the quotes and note space after sfc) have Win disc available in case sfc needs to replace or repair any files. The programme runs with no alerts and then closes.
