Add rules: Block 216.178.38.121
Block it in your browser, whatever external applications you have, any walls you have, etc.
Don't go by domain name, domain name blocking won't work, cheats like the one I made (dangerstudio.com/myspace.html) utilize frames to get the data from
http://216.178.38.121/ which is myspace; what people don't happen to block. If you were to block this address, there's no way anyone would be able to load any data from the server.
