XP Freeze, needs reboot.

Hello, I am not a computor expert, but after much searching regarding this problem I couldn't find any help at all. I have a Dell Inspiron 5150 and it appeared to me that after I had installed Adobe Flash, the cursor would freeze about 10 times/day and I had to reboot in order to use my laptop again. Even uninstalling had no effect. I had upgraded all drivers and cleaned and deleted all files and stuff I didn't need. Then I went to Microsoft.com and clicked on Help and Support. Then Get Guided Help for IE Crash Problems. I went through the entire testing process and a registry problem was corrected pertaining to Adobe. Anyway the cursor has not frozen now for 2 days and this is astonishing to me. I have not reinstalled AdobeFlash as I don't need it right now. But, just wanted to pass this along just in case it might help someone else.
