Hi, everything regarding your audio in Device manager, right click, and click on "Uninstall" restart the PC once it's done, it should then re-detect your sound card / drivers and give the right one to use.
If not, do as Bookworm says and then install the drivers and see if this helps.
It's puzzling me where you got the 25 things from.
Uninstall them all, restart, re-detect, if that failes, install via bookworms advice.
