I am the adminstrator. I have a dell 8400 media center pc running windows xp. in addition to me there are 2 other users on the computer but i am the only adminstrator. neither of the other users can get acess to use windows task manager when they run into trouble. I can only use it on my account. on their accounts an attempt to use task manager gives an error that task manager has been disabled by the administrator .... but not to my knowledge! how do i enable task manager for the other 2 users?
