i have to disagree with you ..the 7300 gs cards has turbo cache which shares system memory. so your card must have 256 dedicated memory and uses 256 system memory if needed. it also could be 256 mb but 128 shared..if you bought and it said 256,,then its shared with 128 of your system memory. if it said 512 than it is 256 dedicated memory. a 7600 gt should be ok. heres the specs on your card http://www.nvidia.com/object/7_series_techspecs.html
