Unhappy is this a problem caused by Lsass.exe virus?

Almost every time, I boost up my PC when it is connected to network, I receive the following error message: "The instruction at "0x0117e794" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be written.". And when i click on "OK" to close the error window, another window with title of "LSASS.exe" poped up and it says the PC will be shut down within 60 secs.
I have run a memory scan and there was no error found. Does anyone can help? Thank you in advance.
