So basically your sound card has been disabled, try and get into BIOS to see if it's "Auto" or "Enabled" if it is, your sound card could have had it, and depending if it's on board or a PCi card, if it's PCi, you can replace it, if it's onboard, you need to replace your motherboard.

OR buy a PCi card.
