The only driver I can find at Asus is for Win 2000, what make and model is your comp, this is the driver, not sure it will work on XP http://support.asus.com.tw/download/...Language=en-us

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions
