you should try using a proxy server as this will or may help (go into your internet options and goto connections then click LAN settings and and click to add a proxy, then put a proxy server address in and use port 80 or 8080) this may help you out if it works let me know to make sure i am giving you a correct info. laterz.
ps you will need to use your ISP's proxy if they have one or go here to find one: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&i...ver+addresses.

OR DO THIS:

click start, run and type command then once at the DOS prompt type ipconfig /release

then after that type

ipconfig /renew

This will officially release your IP from your ISP and renew it as just pulling out the cable wont do it.
