You have instances of TWO antivirus programs on your machine. Avast and AVG. They may not both be active but make sure you disable one of them. Having more than one AV running is very dangerous.

Move the HJT folder to the C: drive as it's only on your desktop at the moment. The C: drive will keep it safe from accidental deletion & corruption.

Open HJT ... click on 'Do a System Scan Only'... put tick/check marks next to these entries IF still present ...

O20 - AppInit_DLLs: C:\WINDOWS\system32\perfc000.dat
Remember to close ALL open browser windows – including this one – before clicking on “Fix Checked” at the foot of the HijackThis window.

BOLD and delete them IF still present …..
C:\Program Files\
Save .... folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\
perfc000.dat .... file
PowerReg Scheduler.exe >> do a system-wide search for this file and delete it from wherever it's running.

Empty your recycle bin.
Post a fresh HJT log with an update on how the machine is working now.
